Meet The Team

Jamie Byrum

I am a North Harrison High School graduate, and attended the University of Southern Indiana. I live in New Salisbury with my husband and two children. I have been working in the dental field since 1997, and enjoy it very much. I have been with Dr. Durbin’s office since the Spring of 2001. Certified as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant with an X-ray certification, I also graduated from the Schuster Center for Professional Development with Dr. Durbin and our team. My primary position is at the front desk as the Office Facilitator, but I am also ceritifed to -and often do- assist with procedures wherever needed. For our computer software, I have participated in several Dentrix training seminars, and I am also certified in CPR.

Tamara Ledford

I have been a Registered Dental Hygientist since May 2001, when I earned my degree from the University of Louisville School of Denistry. I am board – certified to work in both Kentucky and Indiana. My husband, Chris, and I have two sons who are the light of our lives. I have many hobbies but at the top of my list is definitely shopping and spending time with my family. As I began college, I declared my major as nursing, but wasn’t satisfied with my decision. After realizing my obsession for teeth, switching from nursing to dental hygiene was a positive career move. The natural blend of those two medical professions were great for me. The biggest reward of my job is the that I get to work with people and practice what I truly enjoy. I always look forward to seeing my patients and helping them achieve the smile they are proud of.
